We want you to be happy with your Floramie experience. This policy explains when refunds and replacements apply.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at care@floramie.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (for online payments) or via bank transfer (for COD orders) within 5–7 business days of approval.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible under the conditions above.
